On cars to which roof racks can be fitted a fee €
5,00 per day will be charged to clients - minimum
charge € 15,00 and maximum € 70.00
per rental.

All bookings arriving with less than 5 days to
delivery time will be confirmed on request.

Normal office hours in all branches through the country
are from 09:00 am to 07:00 pm.
Normal hours at the airports are from 06:00 am to
24:00 pm.

For each delivery or collection outside our normal hours
at airports a fee of € 14,00 will be
charged directly to the client. Even during normal hours,
excluding the Algarve, airports or places where we have
offices, a fee of € 0,50 per kilometre will
be charged from our nearest office.

AN
AIRPORT TAX OF € 20,00 WILL BE CHARGED DIRECTLY
TO THE CLIENTS AT THE AIRPORTS OF LISBON AND OPORTO.

BABY
SEATS: The cost for these will be € 4,00
per day charged directly to the client - maximum €
56,00 per rental.

PASSENGER
INSURANCE: The cost for this will be € 3,50
per day charged directly to the client.

ADDITIONAL
DRIVER: For each additional driver mentioned on
the rental agreement we will charge € 16,00
directly to the client.

YOUNG DRIVERS: All drivers between 21 and 25
years old must pay an additional tax of € 3,00
per day.

To
be covered by insurance, drivers must be duly mentioned
on the rental agreement.

COLLECTION
IN ADVANCE: Through this confidential rate we shall
not refund either the client or the agency involved
in the booking for the rental days, which were not used.

VERY
IMPORTANT
The client (whether driver or not) is always responsible
for a bail on the amount of € 450,00
for groups A, B and C, € 800,00 for groups
D, E, I and J, € 1.200,00 for groups
F, G, H and N, and € 1.600,00 for the
remaining groups, in case of a self-provoked accident,
in case of damages caused by acts of vandalism, in case
of theft of the vehicle or theft of any of its accessories,
as long as the driver is unable to identify the guilty
party.

This
payment must be made upon the delivery of the car, in
cash or by credit card.
The
referred payment will be refunded to the client at the
end of the rental, in case no accident has taken place,
as well as no damages have been caused to the vehicle
by acts of vandalism, theft of the vehicle or any of
its accessories.

This
situation can only be eliminated with the payment of
an insurance of € 6,00 per day for groups
A, B, and C, € 7,00 per day for groups D,
E, I and J, € 9,00 for groups F, G,
H and N, and € 12,00 for the remaining
groups. This amount has to be paid by the client when
receiving the vehicle.

In
case of accident by our car driver's fault taking into
consideration Portuguese law, insurance companies decline
any or all responsibility for that driver of all damages
caused to the hired vehicle or to third parties whenever
it is detected that the driver was driving under the
influence of alcohol, narcotics, drugs or toxic products
or by insanity of the driver. Also if the client uses
the car in sporting competitions, races, rallys or challenges,
contests, bets, etc.

We
also take this opportunity to inform that even if the
car's driver is not under the influence of any of the
above items but by any means also destroys our car by
his own fault we shall not refund any amount for the
time left to complete the rental and we only give another
car through a large deposit that may cover eventual
damages that can be caused to the new car.
